Flavour - the mystery sense

Why do humans have a sense of flavour? The different ways we sense flavour will be explained along with the complexity of the flavour sensation.

Why do humans have a sense of flavour? The different ways we sense flavour (on our tongues, through our eyes and ears, in our noses and on our jaws) will be explained along with the complexity of the flavour sensation.
