International Dialogues: Architecture and Climate Change


Bjarke Ingels' Copehengan based practice, BIG, looks to find big solutions to create ecologically sustainable design. The practice has reinterpreted the high-rise in a collaborating with solar heat innovators Transsolar, after winning the competition to design the HQ for Shenzhen Energy Company. In his lecture, Bjarke will detail the practice's bold and often epic proposals that reflect their desire to incorporate architectural biomimicry and positive energy.
