A short talk on how to manage your energy levels using the foods that you eat on a daily basis, presented by nutritional therapist Kate Osborne. This talk will be especially useful for those who suffer fluctuating energy levels throughout the day, âpost lunch dipâ or constantly low energy levels. Kate will talk about how energy is controlled by the body and give practical advice on foods to buy and eat to manage this balance.
