How to maintain good energy levels

Free Lunchtime lecture by Nutritional Therapist Kate Osborne


A short talk on how to manage your energy levels using the foods that you eat on a daily basis, presented by nutritional therapist Kate Osborne. This talk will be especially useful for those who suffer fluctuating energy levels throughout the day, “post lunch dip” or constantly low energy levels. Kate will talk about how energy is controlled by the body and give practical advice on foods to buy and eat to manage this balance.

Free, no need to book, no ticket required. Seating capacity 50 plus standing room, please arrive a little early to secure a seat.
