Centre for the Study of Human Rights panel discussion
From the trials of former Khmer Rouge leaders to state-sanctioned pillaging of the country's natural resources, experts examine different aspects of impunity in Cambodia, including the response of the international community.
This event is part of a series coinciding with a free public exhibition, 'Cambodia: Reflections of the Khmer Rouge'.
Brad Adams is Asia director of Human Rights Watch.
Margo Picken is former director of the United Nations' Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights in Cambodia.
