Hypnosis, Hallucinations and the Hemispheres

What is hypnosis? Link to schizophrenia? Conduct a group hypnosis session on the audience.

Brain scanning tells us that Hypnosis is 'real' - but in what sense? Why does it seem to do so little, yet sometimes seem so powerful? What links it to schizophrenia and post traumatic stress disorder? Peter Naish will address all these issues - then conduct a group hypnosis session on the audience.
