Linguist Professor Rudi Keller from the University of Duesseldorf, Germany, will speak on building trust through language.
Professor Keller has been working on annual shareholder reports for many years â“ as analyst and consultant. This talk will discuss one task of these and all other forms of corporate communication which has become even more crucial in these difficult economic times: How to build trust through communication.
