Europe and the old Constitution

This series of lectures will analyse the transformation of our constitution and its significance for the future.


How has our membership of the European Union affected our constitution? The European Union has been drawing up its own constitution and the Prime Minister has promised to call a referendum on it before ratifying it. What is the relationship between this European Union constitution and our own 'unwritten' constitution?
