Mary Queen of Scots - Daughter of Debate

A dramalogue on the sad and controversial life of this most famous Scottish monarch


Born in 1542,Mary became Queen of Scots at 6 days old, and in adulthood briefly, Queen of France. Her infant son James, by Henry Stuart, Lord Darnley, would become James VI of Scotland & James I of England. Implicated in three plots on the life of Queen Elizabeth I,she spent 19 years in various English castles before eventually being tried and condemned to death in 1587.
